The self-check-in was smooth, allowing me to settle in quickly. The complimentary treats were a good surprise.

Finding the entrance was initially challenging due to a small, unlit door. Some street noise was present, made sleeping a little tricky at times.

marvellous and stunning location, around 10-15 minutes walk from anne of cleves house. spotless unit with coffee and tea making equipment, a fridge, and glassware.

Overall - absolutely charming place with courteous staff with great service. Unbeatable location just off opera house, the Kaerntner Strasse near the Opera House and the Opera and St Stephens; early check-in. Besides, easy access to Priory Ruins.

Beds were too soft.

It was just a smart choice for a weekend getaway in Vienna with best value for money ratio. I loved the little complimentary treats left in my room each day, like cookies and fruit, made my stay feel extra special. Try to ask for a room away from the street for a quieter sleep.

Excellent value for money... Super convenient location.

Parking problems... There are only paid parking lots around for 2 euros per hour.

Great place next to the Vienna Opera.

Very purely hospitable.

The place was clean and tidy, and I loved the little kitchen with free water and tea. They even provided two beds for my kids, which saved us money. Plus, the rainfall shower was amazing 😊

Location is excellent;. Personnel;... Large and comfortable room with high ceilings;... Interior of the hotel and rooms.

Poor internet;. No slippers in the room;... No hygienic shower (or bidet).

What a lovely stay, no complains at all. Perfect and fantastic place with attentive staff and perfect location right on the main pedestrian shopping street. Location not far from the historic centre, good food markets, and all the museums, opera and other historic monuments. 5 minutes walk from an official residence. Breakfast with croissants and the very welcome Nespresso machine, for instance.

Aye, this spot was mad dope. Real quiet and comfy. It's right above all them restaurants. The smart check-in was slick, no holdups for me. Would defo stay again next time I'm in Vienna. The view from my room was lovely too.

The hotel room was attractively furnished and silent with large comfy bed as well as highly equipped on-suite bathroom: D

Why didn't I try this sooner?

Staying here was a good experience! The responsive host provided clear check-in instructions, ensuring a smooth arrival. I loved the rainfall shower and the well-equipped small kitchen with free water and tea. Plus, our family slept comfortably in the spacious room with two beds for a budget-friendly stay. I'd highly recommend it!

The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for self-check-in, made arrival easy. I loved the comfortable bed, one of the best I've experienced in Europe, and the coffee machine was a good bonus. The room had a fine city view that added to the charm of my stay.

The only downside was the occasional street noise due to the central location.
